The melamine layer consists of printed decorative paper impregnated with melamine-formaldehyde resin, heat-pressed at 150°C and 150kg/cm² to form a seamless, non-porous surface that fuses durability with aesthetic precision.
Available in 16mm, 18mm, and 25mm thicknesses, and standard sizes up to 2800x2070mm, each board features a micro-embossed texture that mimics natural wood grain, stone, or concrete finishes, or a smooth high-gloss surface for contemporary designs. The reverse side is finished with a plain melamine layer or left unfinished for cost-effective applications, while factory-applied edge banding (ABS or PVC) ensures a polished look straight from the warehouse.
