This product is a melamine-faced medium density fiberboard with a titanium-color decorative finish, produced through a dry-process manufacturing workflow with wood fibers as the core base material. Raw fiber sources include poplar, birch, eucalyptus and pine, with options adjusted based on procurement requirements.
During production, wood fibers are dried, mixed with resin adhesive, and formed into slabs under high temperature and pressure. A melamine-impregnated decorative paper is then thermally laminated onto both surfaces of the MDF substrate to create a uniform, smooth finish. The “titanium-color” designation refers to the visual tone of the decorative surface, and the board does not contain metallic titanium components. The finished board maintains consistent density across its cross-section, supporting cutting, routing, drilling and other secondary processing operations.

Each grade corresponds to specific formaldehyde release limits, with ENF representing the lowest emission level among the four options. All grades are formulated for indoor installation, as designated in the product specifications. For densely occupied commercial spaces such as office buildings and retail interiors, lower emission grades are commonly specified to align with indoor environmental quality guidelines.
The product carries CE certification, indicating compliance with applicable European Union safety, health and environmental protection requirements for construction materials. This certification supports market access for projects within EU regions and other markets that recognize CE marking for wood-based panels.
This melamine laminated MDF is widely adopted in furniture manufacturing for commercial procurement projects. The 12mm thickness is commonly used for cabinet back panels, drawer bottoms and furniture backing components, while 15mm and 18mm thicknesses are selected for cabinet carcasses, shelving, hotel furniture panels and desk surfaces. The smooth melamine surface requires no additional painting after cutting, reducing on-site processing steps for furniture producers.
For interior decoration projects, the board is applied to wall panels, decorative partitions and ceiling linings in office buildings and commercial spaces. In advertising and exhibition projects, it is used to fabricate display booths, billboard substrates and exhibition stand structures. ENF, E0 and E1 grades are all designed for indoor use. For commercial spaces with continuous occupancy, such as office buildings and hotel interiors, ENF or E0 grades are typically selected to meet stricter indoor air quality expectations. E2 grade is applicable for enclosed or less frequently occupied indoor applications.
The minimum order quantity for both standard and custom color products is one 20-foot general purpose container. Custom color production requires confirmation of color samples prior to mass production.
